About Mucha:
Mucha has over 25 years of experience in the national, regional and international development sector, specializing in project conceptualization and directing, planning and management, stakeholder management and technical assistance on system strengthening. She has a proven track record of delivering human centered, Value for Money, innovative, sustainable and transferable projects for her clients.

Oversaw the procurement and distribution of over GBP 40 million contraceptive commodities on behalf of DFID to Zimbabwe over 8 years. Ensured 99% delivery coverage of sexual and reproductive health commodities to all health facilities consistently over 10 years, 1 600 facilities and 95% availability for commodities that were in full supply. She co-designed, piloted and rolled out a harmonized distribution and information system for distributing of medicines and medical supplies in Zimbabwe
Co-designed and led the Human Resources for Health Retention Scheme (HRHRS) team which disbursed USD250 million to 25,000 health workers which underwent 10 international audits with a conclusion of “zero adverse report”. The project won an award at the British Expertise Awards, demonstrating exceptional project and financial fiduciary risk management capabilities under challenging environments.
Directed World Bank funded Crown Agents led Government Procurement reforms which included drafting of the new procurement act and standard procurement guidelines and training of public sector employees on the new laws.

With over 20 years of experience in national, regional, and international development sector, specializing in financial management, reporting to stakeholders and technical assistance on compliance issues primarily of anti-fraud. He is a specialist in fraud investigations and has a proven track record in grant management, where he has managed complex projects which require innovative financing models and developing systems to mitigate the risks of loss of funds/assets.

This resulted in savings which were utilized to enroll more eligible beneficiaries who could otherwise have been omitted due to lack of funding.
Played a pivotal role in the design and development of an innovative financing model during the 2016/7 lean agricultural season, when the country had a huge deficit of foreign currency to import grain. The financing model involved the facilitation of import of grain by the millers and guaranteeing the distribution of critical food assistance to 1.6 million people.

Managed large-scale development programs e.g. the World Bank under the Health, Nutrition & Population Unit rolled out the RBF pilot in 2 rural districts for 6 months resulting in scaling up the program to 16 rural districts making a total of 18 rural districts successfully and scaled up to the remaining 42 rural districts under Crown Agents the Health Development Fund Maternal Neonatal Child Health Results Based Financing with no need for piloting; resulting in reduction of the MMR from 960 to 462 maternal deaths per 100 000 live births ; a 25% improvement in quality of health care measures across all RBF health facilities including a drop from 49% to 5% in data error recordings since 2014 (MICS 2019) among others.
