Ethics and Compliance at Crown Agents Zimbabwe

At Crown Agents Zimbabwe (CAZim), we are committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics and compliance in all aspects of our operations. We take a zero-tolerance approach to any actions or behaviors that may jeopardize the well-being, safety, and rights of individuals—whether children, adults-at-risk, staff, or the communities we serve.

Our commitment to transparency, accountability, and integrity forms the foundation of how we conduct our work. We believe in fostering an environment where every stakeholder feels empowered to raise concerns without fear of retaliation.

Our Core Values: Courage and Authenticity

At the heart of our ethics and compliance program are the values of Courage and Authenticity:

  • Courage means standing up for what is right, even when it is difficult, and working in challenging environments to bring about positive change.

These values guide the creation of our policies and procedures, ensuring that we maintain the highest ethical standards and promote a culture of accountability across the organization.
